The villa Les Rioutes includes 8 separate bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms, plus one shared bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with either two single beds or a double bed. The master bedroom has its own terrace offering a breathtaking view of the lake.

 

There is a main living room on the first floor, equipped with an indoor fireplace, a television, WiFi access, and board games. This magnificent villa features two kitchens, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Both are fully equipped (including an American-style refrigerator with ice maker) and have indoor fireplaces.

 

Outside, you will find a beautifully designed garden with a pétanque court, a trampoline, and a heated private swimming pool.
